• 13:15 – 14:15 Introduction of the BARSERVICE project: research questions, aims, framework, methodology - Marta Kahancová, project coordinator
• 14:15 – 14:45 Coffee break
• 14:45 – 15:30 State of the art: the service sector across the studied countries
  All participants (short country presentations about the key characteristics of the service sector, and up to 3 key observations relevant for the project aims and questions
• 15:30 – 17:30 Work packages (overview of each WP, tasks and deliverables – by WP leaders)
  - WP1 – Context and analytical framework in a comparative perspective (CELSI, Marta Kahancová)
  - WP2 – Understanding the challenges in the service sector (CELSI, Marta Kahancová and UNI Europa, Stan De Spiegelaere)
  - WP3 – Analysing and comparing CBAs in the service sector (WageIndicator – Fiona Dragstra and Gabriele Medas)
