Netherlands - Agreement at semiconductor manufacturer - April 30, 2024

After four weeks of strikes, an agreement was reached at semiconductor manufacturer NXP. The term of the collective agreement is 26 months, from 1 November 2023, to 31 December 2025. Wages will increase by 5% as of 1 May 2024, with a minimum of € 175 per month. There will be another pay increase of 2.75% on 1 March 2025. Employees will receive a one-off payment of 1.5%, with a minimum of € 1,000 in May 2024.
