Union federation UNSA Education took stock of the 12th edition of the career barometer. This barometer represents the main survey carried out, outside the ministry, on public service personnel. Since 2013, UNSA Education has conducted an annual survey of staff from ministries of Education, Youth and Sport, Higher Education and Research, Agricultural Education and culture with 15 recurring questions and topical questions that change every year. This year’s survey way based on 49,593 responses. This 2024 edition was devoted to the question of the place of work in society. Staff were thus able to answer questions about their expectations in relation to their job, their exposure to psychosocial risks or even on their access to preventive medicine and on long-term career development plans.
