The trade union Seko has signed a new agreement with service employers’ association Almega for the area of communication. The agreement follows the mark. In year 1, wages are increased by 4.1%, the lowest wage is increased by SEK 1,350 (€ 113.15). In year 2, wages will increase by 3.1%, as well as 0.2% for flexible pensions. The lowest monthly salary used in the calculation in 2024 must be SEK 28,211 (€ 2,365), including fixed supplements the day before the audit date. The provision for the flexible pension is thus raised to 1.3%.
