Trade unions concluded a new collective agreement for Wageningen Research, the research institute of Wageningen University. Salaries will rise by 4.7% on 1 August 2023 and the end-ofyear-bonus will increase by 4.3%. The collective agreement has a term of 15 months, from 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2024. In addition, full-time employees who are classified in scales 1 to 6 will receive a one-off payment of € 300 gross in September. Employees who are classified in scales 7 to 9 will receive a one-off payment of € 150. A (partially paid) transition leave will be introduce for visits to a doctor or psychologist related to diagnostics, medical transition and/or hormone therapy during the transition period. This regulation applies from 1 August 2023 for a period of 2 years, in anticipation of statutory regulation.
