On 3 July, a collective agreement for the ground staff has been concluded between unions and the airline company Transavia. The collective agreement has a term of 15 months until July 1, 2024. There will be two one-off payments of 2.5% on the June 2023 and July 2023 monthly salary, with a minimum of € 90 each. Wages will increase structurally by 10%. As of 1 August 2023, wages will increase by 2.5%, with a minimum of € 90, followed by an increase of 2.5% on 1 November 2023, an increase of 3.5% on 1 January 2024 and an increase of 1.5% as of 1 May 2024. In addition, the agreement includes an improvement of travel allowance and of special leave in the event of the death of close relatives.
