Netherlands - 10% pay rise in energy production and supply companies - September 30, 2023

Union FNV and the employers' association WENB agreed on a new collective agreement for employees of energy production and supply companies. They will receive a 10% pay increase. As of 1 October salaries will increase by 6%. In January and June 2024 there will be another increase of 2%, In addition, employees and temporary workers with full-time employment receive a one-off inflation compensation of € 1,000. The new collective agreement has a term of 18 months. A minimum wage of € 15 will also be introduced on 1 January 2024.
