The trade unions OGBL and LCGB conlcuded a new collective agreement with the management of Dupont de Nemours for the Luxembourg site. Its duration is 3 years from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2025. The new collective agreement for the approximately 840 employees provides for the following measures: Payment of a single bonus of € 500 to each of the employees subject to the principle of role design in March 2023 (already carried out); payment of another bonus of € 750 in March 2024 and a bonus of € 750 in March 2025. Subject to compliance with the legal provisions, the payment will be made in the form of a participatory premium, which means that 50% of the premium will be exempt from tax.
