On July 14, 2023, the delegates of the trade union OGBL representing the private bus sector met to discuss the outcome of the negotiations for the sector’s collective agreement and approved the agreement in principle. Significant improvements were achieved during these negotiations, including a 13th month payable monthly as a salary supplement after 12 months, seniority; introduction of meal vouchers of € 10.80 per shift of 6 hours and more; and 4 extra days off.
