France - Aerospace manufacturer signs new company agreement with trade unions - August 31, 2023

Aerospace manufacturer Safran has signed a company agreement with its trade unions (CFDT, CFE-CGC, CGT and FO), designed to offer its employees a range of support measures to help them in their working life through the various phases of parenthood. The agreement, which will take effect on 4 September 2023, also provides for a degree of flexibility in the organisation of work, with a view to improving both quality of life at work and work-life balance. The agreement at the Safran group – signed on 26 July 2023 – to promote parenthood was built around the major stages in the life of a parent – from conception to education – in order to best support each employee in their career
