Austria - Wages up 10% in milling industry - June 30, 2023

The trade union PRO-GE representing production workers in manufacturing, agriculture and mining, successfully concluded a collective agreement for the workers in the milling industry. The result include an increase in collectively agreed minimum wages by 10.1%. In addition, wages of apprentices, seniority allowances and all other allowances are increased by 10%. The new minimum wage will be €1,905.83. The duration of the agreement is on year from 1 August 2023 until 31 July 2024.
