IndustriAll Europe has launched its ‘Women Workers’ campaign in the run up to International Women’s Day. Female workers across Europe are still facing difficult realities. At the current pace, the pay gap between men and women won’t close for another 54 years. Women still work less or not at all because of care obligations. Female workers are four times more likely to be working part-time and are less likely to be in employment.
