Czechia - Shortage of skilled workers continues - February 29, 2020

There is a serious shortage of skilled workers. While older workers are gradually retiring, there are not enough young graduates from vocational or trade schools to replace them. While two years ago, the Czech Republic lacked around 300,000 skilled workers in various trades, it now lacks an estimated 400,000.
