Total GDP at current prices for Austria increased by 1.7%. The national disposable income of private households increased by 0.1% and stagnated de facto in 2013. The highest disposable income per capita was again recorded in Lower Austria, at €22 800.
The statistical office has published interesting figures on the regional wage differences. All regions showed in 2013 positive nominal growth rates of gross regional product (GRP) compared to the previous year, ranging between +2.9% (Vorarlberg) and +0.3% (Carinthia). Total GDP at current prices for Austria increased by 1.7%. The national disposable income of private households increased by 0.1% and stagnated de facto in 2013.
