Luxembourg -Pay rise after 5 years of negotiations -May 14, 2013

After five long years of negotiations in the private bus sector, unions have finally reached a positive agreement on pay. The trade unions OGBL, LCGB and FLEAA unions and employers in the sector signed a collective agreement for bus drivers and assistants. As of 1 June 2013, workers will see a wage increase of 1.6%. In addition there will be the introduction of detailed and transparent accounting of all wage calculations, especially regarding work hours and length of service.
