Portugal - Unionized port workers on strike - January 31, 2024

Unionized port workers employed by Silopor, a state-owned corporation that manages port storage and shipment for most grain in the country, went on strike. The purpose of the work stoppage is to demand salary increases and that several other grievances be addresseed.
