On 1 April 2024, the minimum wage was increased by € 50 to € 830 per month. This is the fourth increase in the minimum wage since 2019. The increase will also affect allowances and other benefits. The prime minister revealed that his goal is to reach an average salary of € 1,500 and a minimum wage of € 950 by 2027.
