Germany - Agreement reached at Postbank - May 31, 2024

In the fifth round of negotiations, ver.di and Deutsche Bank AG agreed on a comprehensive package for the 12,000 Postbank employees who are part of the group. The package includes a wage increase of 7% on 1 June 2024, but at least € 270, and a further 4.5% increase on 1 July 2025. Ver.di also agreed with the employers on a long-term exclusion of redundancies for operational reasons until 31 December 2027. The responsible collective bargaining committees have recommended that their members accept the result.
