Germany - 10.8% pay rise at food producer - January 31, 2024

After seven strike days the union NGG has reached a collective agreement for the employees of the Berlin meat and sausage producer KS Wurst- und Fleischwaren. Retroactively to 1 January 2024, wages will increase by 6%. In addition, the employees receive an inflation compensation bonus of € 600. As of 1 September 2024, there will be another 4.5% pay rise. Overall, wages will rise by 10.8%. The collective agreement runs until June 30, 2025. Higher training allowances are agreed separately.
