The trade unions OGBL and LCGB signed a new collective agreement on 13 June 2023 within the company ArcelorMittal Center Logistique Européen (AMCLE). The 3-year agreement provides for substantial improvements with a view to increasing the purchasing power of the 120 employees employed on the Haneboesch site. The new agreement, furthermore, includes the following changes: the gradual introduction of meal vouchers for all employees; the improvement of the security bonus and the attendance bonus; the introduction of a seniority gift.
