The trade union Ver.di has negotiated a two-year deal covering 21,000 workers at the Helios health company. This includes a tax-free lump sum of € 2,000 and then two pay increases of 4% (minimum € 150) in July 2023 and July 2024 with a final 1% increase in November 2024. The pay of apprentices will increase in September 2023 and September 2024 by € 100 per month. The duration of the collective agreement is 24 months until December 31, 2024.
