Croatia - 20% minimum wage increase in 2024 - October 31, 2023

The government announced to increase the minimum wage for 2024 from € 700 to € 840. The net minimum salary will stand at € 677 next year, up by more than € 100 compared to the minimum salary for 2023. According to figures published by the statistics office, the average gross salary in the first seven months of this year rose by 13.8% in nominal terms and 3.9% in real terms.
