On average, an employee working full-time in 2021 earned € 3,886 gross per month. This is what emerged from new results of Statbel, the Belgian statistical office, based on a survey on earnings among more than 125,000 employees. The median wage is € 3,507 euros gross per month, which means that 50% of employees earn less. 10% of employees earn less than € 2.303 gross per month, while 10% of the best earners receive more than € 5,922.
