ABSTRACT

This report analyzes in detail the contents of 108 Spanish collective bargaining agreements, which have been collected, annotated and analyzed in the framework of the above mentioned COLBAR project, within the years 2019-2021. The agreements cover the period from 2008 to 2020, with the majority of the agreements which were signed in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Each and every agreement has been analyzed through the WageIndicator Collective Agreements Database Codebook 2 according to twelve macro topics: General CBA data, Coverage of the CBA, Job Titles, Training, Social Security & Pensions, Employment Contracts, Sickness & Disability, Health & Medical Assistance, Work/Family Balance Arrangements, Gender Equality Issues, Working hours, Wages.
