In December 2023, average gross salaries and wages were 130,405 RSD (€ 1,113). Average net salaries and wages were 95,093 RSD (€ 811). Compared to 2022, salaries and wages in 2023 increased by 14.8% in nominal terms and 2.4% in real terms. Compared with the same month last year, average gross salaries and wages for December 2023 increased by 13.1% in nominal terms, and by 5.1% in real terms, while average net salaries and wages increased by 12.9% in nominal terms and by 4.9% in real terms.
