After a number of intensive actions and strikes, the trade unions FNV, CNV Vakmensen and De Unie reached an agreement with Aedes, the employers’ association of housing corporations. The employees will get a 10% pay increase, which will take effect retroactively on 1 January 2024. The collective agreement runs until 1 April 2025. Furthermore, employees who do not yet have this will receive an end-of-year bonus of 2% for the first time. This will be paid out in December 2024. Furthermore, the compensation for accessibility services will also increase by 10%. The homework allowance will also be increased to the tax maximum as of 1 February. The collective agreement will apply to approximately 28,000 employees of housing corporations.
