Croatia - 13.5% pay increases for public sector workers - March 31, 2024

After negotiations eleven public sector unions and the government signed a new basic collective agreement for employees in the public sector. The agreement includes a new public sector pay structure that means significant increases of the coefficients used to calculate salaries for different occupations. Overall, public sector workers are set to benefit on average by 13.5% in comparison to pay levels in 2023.
