In the forthcoming wage negotiations, the trade union LANV is demanding a 2.5 – 4.0% pay raise. According to the co-deputy managing director of the LANV, real wages have decreased in recent years. Therefore, LANV’s wage demand ranges between 2.5 and 4.0%. They are based on inflation, the results of negotiations in recent years and, in some cases, also on productivity increases.
