Social partners concluded an agreement on value sharing that facilitates the use of profit-sharing and incentive schemes as well as tax-free bonuses in all companies. Signed by almost all the social partners, the text will be included in an employment bill which the government is expected to present in spring 2023. It contains two key measures: (1) the generalization of profit sharing in companies with less than 50 employees and (2) the obligation to negotiate on value profit in case of exceptional results.
