Spain - Gender pay gap assessment tool - April 30, 2022

The Government unveiled a free online assessment tool, prepared in conjunction with social partners, which companies can use to assess the value of jobs based on various criteria, such as their nature, the tasks to be completed, the required qualification level, the working conditions under which they are performed, etc.

The aim is to facilitate the preparation of equality plans by identifying possible instances of gender discrimination
