Serbia - Labour law amendments - April 30, 2022

New proposed amendments to the Labour law are expected to improve the position of workers and clearly define the rights and obligations of workers and employers. The changes are expected to guarantee individual and collective rights and labour disputes without prolonged delays in proceedings. It will be possible for workers to work for a maximum of a one-year period, after which they will have to receive a permanent solution.
