Serbia - Agreement for automotive workers - June 30, 2022

At a meeting with the government, Fiat workers have agreed to an offer of €790 in severance pay per year of work at the company, provided they refuse to work abroad at one of Fiat’s plants. Those workers, who had previously worked in one of the former Zastava’s plants, will get €500. Fiat’s workers will be offered one of three options. The workers chosen by Stellantis to continue working at the Kragujevac plant will receive full pay from 1 July 2022. There are around 500 such workers, which includes the so-called protected categories.
