Poland - New collective agreement for social insurance workers - August 31, 2022

Employees at the ZUS social insurance institution received a large pay rise thanks to the negotiating of trade union ZZP-ZUS. Most workers will get at least €125 more, with increases being around €190 on average.

The minimum salary is now €650. Some workers will benefit from discretionary increases with a maximum increase for most workers of €250, while IT workers could get up to €315.
