In October 2022, average gross wages and salaries in the private sector were 6687.92 PLN (€ 1,431). Compared to October 2021, this was an increase of 13.0% year on year. Compared to September 2022 average gross wages remained at a similar level. Average paid employment in the private sector amounted to 6,500,000 full-time equivalents which is an year-on-year increase of 2.4% compared to October 2021.
