Norway - Pay agreement for industry - April 30, 2022

Trade union Fellesforbundet reached an agreement with the industry employers (Norsk Industri). Thus, there will be no strike for the around 28,000 industrial employees. The unions say they have now a wage framework that provides for stronger wage growth than the expected price inflation. Wages will rise by 3.7%.
