Netherlands - Collective agreement for hospitals - January 31, 2022

Unions FNV Zorg & Welzijn (Health and Wellbeing) and CNV, reached an agreement for a new collective agreement for hospitals. The collective agreement has a term of 19 months, becoming effective retrospectively on 1 July 2021, with an end date of 31 January 2023. The agreement includes a structural pay increase of €90 per month for the lower pay scales (which amounts to an increase of 3%) and 2% for the higher scales, a one-off payment of €250 as of 1 December 2021, and a work-from-home allowance of €2 per day.
