Netherlands - Bus drivers strike - May 31, 2022

The employers and unions in regional transport have been negotiating a new collective agreement for some time now, without reaching a result. As a consequence, the trade union FNV organised a one day strike on 21 The drivers want, among other things, higher wages in order to attract more young drivers. A total of around 13,000 people work in regional transport.
