Netherlands - Automatic price indexation at food producer - August 31, 2022

Union FNV came to an agreement with food producer Cargill. Under pressure from actions by employees, Cargill agreed to a one-year collective agreement (as of 1 August) in which salaries increase in line with prices in the stores. Employees will also receive €100 gross per month and an additional 3%. The automatic price indexation is up to a maximum of 5% per year. In addition, the company will provide for parental leave at 100% pay for nine weeks.
