Netherlands - Agreements in primary and secondary education - June 30, 2022

Employers’ organisation PO Council and the trade unions AOb/FNV, CNV Connectief, FvOv and AVS have agreed on a new collective agreement for primary education. A wage increase of 4.75% as of 1 July 2022 has been agreed upon. Moreover, teachers will receive a one-off payment of €500 in July. In addition, agreements have been made about paid parental leave. The collective agreement runs from 1 June 2022 to April 30, 2023. One week earlier an agreement was also reached for secondary education. This agreement also includes a pay rise of 4.75% and a one-off payment of €500.
