Liechtenstein - Union demands better conditions for paid parental leave - May 31, 2022

In his Labour Day speech, the president of the trade union LANV appealed to the Government to give paid parental leave the necessary priority. According to LANV, the quicker the EU guideline with respect to paid parental leave is implemented, the quicker young families will benefit, as will the workplace, which will be made fit for the future. Good wages and social benefits alone are no longer enough to gain a comparative advantage, but also a “work-life balance” is required today.
