Liechtenstein - Employers stick to rigid structures, says union - September 30, 2022

In an interview with Wirtschaft, the president of union LANV criticizes employers for sticking to rigid structures and hindering the change to a more sustainable labour market. It does no longer suffice to pay high wages. ‘In addition to decent wages, good working conditions also include appropriate working hours and rest periods, part-time models, working from home or company health management. If the working conditions are not right, employees will increasingly switch to other sectors.’
