The trade union Cgil and Fp Cgil signed a new collective agreement for the 430,000 employees in the local public administration. The agreement is a renewal of the contract for the years 2019-2021. It includes clauses on legal aid, career development, working remotely and a wage increase of around 5% with a minimum of € 81.
