Italy - Fashion industry group signs its first collective agreement - September 30, 2022

Celebrated by the sector’s trade unions that view it as an important step in the development of industrial relations in the fashion industry, the first company agreement signed at Valentino concerns around 2,000 employees. Th agreement includes a 14th month benefit for all employees and measures aimed to improve work-life balance. This includes a 100% pay for the first month of maternity or parental leave and the possibility of 10 days of teleworking per month.
