Hungary - Government meets with teachers’ unions - June 30, 2022

According to the Union of Teachers (PDSZ), the first meeting between the government and teachers’ unions since the pause of the nationwide strike for higher pay has been concluded. The State Secretary for Public Education, met with PDSZ and the National Teachers’ Trade Union Office (PSZ) to discuss the future of teachers in light of recent strikes for higher wages.
