Germany - New report on collective bargaining - March 31, 2022

The Institute of Economic and Social Research (WSI) has published an English-language version of the report on collective bargaining in Germany in 2021. It provides comprehensive information on the following aspects: annualised rise in collectively-agreed pay, statutory minimum wage and negotiated branch-level minimum wages, collectively agreed working hours, collective bargaining over workloads and staffing, collective bargaining coverage and prospects for future developments.
