Germany - 8% more pay and € 3.000 inflation compensation at network operator - December 31, 2022

In the second round of negotiations for the approximately 1,100 employees of the network operator 50 Hertz, the trade union IGBCE and the employer agreed on an inflation allowance of € 3,000, of which € 2,000 will be paid in December 2022 and the remaining € 1000 in December 2023. Wages will increase by 5% on January 1, 2023 and by a further 3% on January 1, 2024. The term of the collective agreement is 24 months.
