France - Strike at e-commerce company - April 30, 2022

More than 1,000 staff members at Amazon France logistics centres joined a protest over an annual pay rise dispute. The e-commerce company has offered a 3% rise, while unions say a 5% increase should be the minimum. A group representing unions has reportedly agreed not to hold talks on any offer below 5%. Trade unions Sud, the French Democratic Confederation of Labour (CFDT), the General Confederation of Labour (CGT), CAT and the French Confederation of Management - General Confederation of Executives (CFE-CGC) have all supported the strike.
