Twenty-five trade unions signed an agreement on security and adjustment with the municipal employers’ organisation Sobona. About 2,500 members in the municipal energy area and some airports are affected by the agreement. The new agreement includes improved conversion and increased occupational pensions. It also affects general conditions and the working environment.
