The number of unemployed registered in job centres increased by 29.6% in December in year-on-year terms and by 1.0% compared to November, according to data released by the Institute for Employment and Professional Training (IEFP). According to the IEFP, at the end of December, 402,254 unemployed were registered with employment services.
