Norway - Labour shortages could lead to wage rise - December 31, 2021

Workers can expect to see an increase in their wages in 2022, DNB Markets investment bank predicted. The bank said that it expected wages to increase by 3.8% in the next year. This is due to factors including a strong economy and many industries entering wage bargaining in the new year while simultaneously experiencing staff shortages.
